Is the Human Resources Development Program right for you?

Our rotational program is structured to last three years with three 12-18-month assignments at our corporate offices (hybrid) and manufacturing plants (onsite). Master's program graduates interested in Human Resources within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization will have the opportunity to engage in high-impact, challenging assignments within the Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Generalist functions. Throughout the program you can expect to:

  • Gain hands-on human resources experience working with employees and cross functional business partners

  • Develop strong consulting relationships and influence business leaders through coaching, mentorship, and partnership

  • Use data and insights to guide strategic business decisions that align with our goals, objectives, and initiatives

  • Advance your conflict management and mediation skills through working in a dynamic business environment

  • Build skills in areas such as employee relations, business acumen, talent acquisition, talent management, etc.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You will complete your Master's degree Human Resources, or a related program of study no later than June 2027 (January start dates available for December grads)

  • You have a general understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes

  • You are able to relocate during and after the program. Location preferences are taken into consideration in addition to business needs. Location assignments will be available as early as January 2026.

Compensation

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
