We are looking for a Verification and Validation of Clinical Assay Products to join our growing team in Hercules, CA!
Location: Hercules, CA (on-site)
Responsibilities:
  • Processing and formulating samples in serum and plasma for use in verification and validation of clinical assay products from our Clinical Diagnostics portfolio.
  • Help with maintaining the sample inventory and other related data entry activities in coordination with senior scientists.
  • Assist in the analysis of data and report results.
  • Assist in the execution of chemistry and hardware investigations as an operator for our Clinical Diagnostic instruments.
  • Ensure the continued success of our legacy products and empowering our customers to continue and improve healthcare outcomes for millions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in life science or related discipline (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, etc.)
  • 0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
  • Experience performing verification and validation studies is a plus.
  • Coordinate, prioritize and plan lab tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team and make decision of limited scope, subject to review.
  • Hands on experience with instrument hardware, software, assay chemistry related to high pressure liquid chromatography and or immunoassays, ELISA or similar technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Excel and Word.
  • Committed to customer satisfaction; quality focused; resourceful; able to work independently and in a team environment.
