This 12-month program rotates you across these teams to build deep expertise in private capital operations while developing systems thinking and automation skills that directly improve how our customers manage complex financial workflows.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong interest in AI and automation-you understand these as tools to augment thinking, not replace it

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diplomacy and poise under pressure
  • Curious, competitive mindset-you want to be excellent, not just get a job

  • Experience with Python, scripting, or basic technical tooling
  • Familiarity with financial modeling in Excel
  • Experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) thoughtfully in your work
