Human Resources Associate Rotation Program
We know our greatest asset is our associates. In this program, we focus on building an environment that allows people to perform their best and make an impact on different aspects of Human Resources! We offer four, six-month rotations highlighting different HR functions such as talent acquisition, compensation, HR business partner support, associate experience, with the possibility of having other rotations.
THE SKILLS YOU BRING
  • College graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, management, organizational behavior, psychology or related field
  • Previous HR internship or work experience is a plus
  • Strong career interest in human resources
  • Providing innovative thinking and effective planning to your assigned rotations
  • Managing HR projects or working as part of a project team on critical initiatives within the HR function or business you support
  • Connecting ideas and people in a way that leads to measurable business results

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Fidelity's Human Resources Associate Rotation Program is designed to provide you with a variety of experiences among several Human Resources subject areas. It aims to accelerate your development through rotational assignments, supplemental training, project-based work, and structured, hands-on learning. Additionally, integrated with the rotations presents an opportunity to work with a support network that includes managers, mentors, executive sponsors, and your fellow colleagues. Upon completion, you will have the necessary experience and skills to tackle a role in HR that aligns to your interests, qualifications, and the different needs at the time of your placement.
This role is offered in three locations across the US: Westlake, TX, Smithfield, RI and Boston, MA

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
