Plastics Molding Cell Operator

Mukwonago, WI 53149 | Full-time | Temp-to-hire

Shift Options & Pay
  • 12-hour rotating 2–2–3 schedule (alternating days off; may include weekends)
  • 1st Shift: 6:20 AM – 6:30 PM | $18.50/hour
  • 2nd Shift: 6:20 PM – 6:30 AM | $20.35/hour
What You’ll Do
  • Operate 3–4 injection molding presses at the same time
  • Load plastic materials and keep machines supplied
  • Monitor cycles and address basic issues promptly
  • Inspect parts as they come off the press; watch for flashing
  • Remove and dispose of any defective parts
  • Alert a supervisor about quality or equipment concerns
  • Run quick checks on lids: Leak Test (no leakage) and Lift Test (opens properly; durable)
  • Keep your work area clean and follow safety rules
