This position is remote, utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technologies to connect with our clients. The work schedule spans from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with potential for evening hours on a rotating basis depending on client needs. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and substance use conditions, accurately identifying co-occurring disorders through detailed evaluations.
• Collaborate with clients to co-create customized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices, ensuring all therapeutic interventions are tailored to each individual's unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, empowering clients with coping strategies, relapse prevention techniques, and emotional regulation skills to enhance their recovery journey.
• Work cohesively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to ensure an integrated approach to client care that addresses both mental health and substance use disorders.
• Implement regular substance use monitoring and utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients in their recovery process effectively.
• Educate clients and their family members about the connection between mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing the importance of ongoing treatment compliance.
• Document treatment progress and interventions meticulously, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines to maintain compliance and promote accountability.
• Participate actively in case conferences, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance professional development and foster collaboration within the team.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Cure Tablet, you will primarily serve individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be critical in fostering a supportive environment where clients can address their challenges holistically, guiding them towards sustainable recovery and improved quality of life.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of New York.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapies effective for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum of two years of practical experience in clinical therapy, particularly with clients presenting with dual diagnoses.
• Proficiency in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with relevant technology platforms.
• Experience in developing treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual client needs.
