As a member of our detox center, you will work closely with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate care effectively. The role involves a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends, allowing you to connect with patients at critical times.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient's mental health status, identify strengths, and determine specific needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting to the unique requirements of each case.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans that integrate medical, psychological, and social factors affecting recovery.
• Guide patients and their families through the complexities of diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities to address a wide range of issues related to addiction and mental health.
• Assist patients in navigating the often intricate mental health system, advocating for their rights, needs, and access to resources.
• Organize and lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings, ensuring a seamless transition for patients moving through their recovery path.

You will work primarily with adult patients encountering challenges related to substance use and mental health disorders within a detoxification framework. Our diverse client population often includes individuals in crisis and requiring immediate support to address their conditions effectively. You will play a vital role in providing the necessary support and interventions to facilitate their recovery.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention strategies essential for effective patient care.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Previous experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
