Job description

Qualifications:
  • Valid Class A CDL license.
  • Minimum of 3 months of class A experience
  • Ability to meet company and DOT safety standards.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work a rotating schedule.
  • Ability to work night shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
-Transport refrigerated freight (no-touch)
-Expect 1-3 routes per day with 1-3 stops per trip
-Follow a rotating work schedule: 6 days worked with a 34-hour restart, followed by 5 days worked with 2 days off.
-Training:1 day of in-classroom training with a $50 stipend 2-3 days of ride-along training at $100 per day.
Schedule:
-Night shifts starting between 8 PM - 11 PM (including weekends).
-Most loads deliver at night for easier stocking and less traffic.
-Expect higher freight volumes Wednesday through Saturday.
Home Time:
Home daily with very rare occasions of staying overnight in a hotel.
Must park at the Henderson DC Daily
Pay:
-Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 (based on full schedule).
-Annual Pay Potential: Up to $70,000.
