Job description

Adecco is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Loaders to join our team at Ross in Fort Mill, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of our top clients in a modern, climate-controlled facility. If you're looking for a hands-on role with growth potential, this is the position for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical tasks involved in loading cartons and moving pallets into trailers.

  • Operate radio frequency (RF) guns to assist with inventory management.

  • Safely lift and team lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs., with frequent handling of items up to 50 lbs.

  • Work around moving sorters and conveyor systems in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Maintain a focus on safety and efficiency throughout your shift.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and lift.

  • Comfortable working on concrete floors and standing for extended periods.

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

  • Experience with RF guns and warehouse work is a plus but not required.

  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
