WHAT OUR GUEST SERVICE HOSTS DO 

Our Guest Service Hosts are the first point of contact for our guests. You'll provide exceptional service, assist with inquiries, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe and pleasant experience. 

A GUEST SERVICE HOST'S DAY-TO-DAY 

  • Provide excellent Guest service by answering questions and assisting with inquiries. 
  • Stay up to date on all current specials and promotions. 
  • Assist Guests with facility offerings, ensuring they have a positive experience. 
  • Greet Guests in a friendly manner and assist with directions and general inquiries. 
  • Maintain the daily operation of Guest service areas. 
  • Assist with merchandising functions as needed. 
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas. 
  • Operate POS system and registers accurately. 
  • Ensure accuracy in transactions. 
  • Multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently with minimal direction. 
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs. 

WHAT IT TAKES 

  • Minimum age: 16 years. 
  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Excellent multitasking abilities. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 
  • Basic math skills for cash handling. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school).
