Company DescriptionMonterey Pelvic Health is a specialized pelvic health practice dedicated to helping people move, feel, and live with confidence. We provide one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy, sexual wellness coaching, pregnancy and postpartum care, and specialized pelvic health services through a whole-body, individualized approach that addresses the root cause—not just the symptoms. We believe exceptional care starts with time. Every patient receives one-on-one treatment in a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment where they feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their health. Our team treats a wide range of conditions including pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, sexual health, men's pelvic health, athletic performance, and return to sport. Through compassionate care, education, and evidence-informed treatment, we're working to redefine pelvic healthcare and make conversations about pelvic health more accessible throughout our community.
