• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and establish a clear understanding of their mental health challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at achieving positive outcomes.
• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and supportive counseling in individual and group sessions.
• Document and maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance client care and coordinate services related to medical and psychological support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research, trends, and clinical practices in social work.

Your work will focus on clients facing significant mental health challenges, particularly those navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Virginia.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning in a mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Adept at problem-solving and exhibiting critical thinking to address diverse client scenarios.

Experience in a hospice or healthcare setting will be advantageous, as it allows for a deeper understanding of the unique challenges faced by clients in such environments. Familiarity with multidisciplinary collaboration and trauma-informed care practices will enhance interactions with both clients and team members.
