• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and evaluations using evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to address clients' unique needs.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to uphold patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team to create comprehensive care plans, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings that focus on quality improvement and sharing of best practices.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Continuously update your knowledge of current research and advancements in the mental health field to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.

The ideal candidate will provide care for a diverse array of clients, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges. You will play a critical role in building trust and rapport with clients from varying backgrounds, allowing you to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet their specific needs and cultural considerations.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona is necessary.
• Strong understanding and application of solution-focused psychotherapy and intervention techniques to provide personalized care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.

• Prior experience in outpatient settings, preferably within a telehealth framework, is advantageous.
