Job Description

·       Test Lead responsible for functional testing and quality assurance within the Property Casualty Insurance domain.

·       The role ensures high quality delivery comprehensive test coverage effective defect management and cross functional collaboration across Agile teams

·       Role demands effective coordination between teams Liason between client and offshore team

Skills Experience

·       Strong experience in functional testing within P&C Insurance

·       Proficiency in Agile Scrum QA processes

·       Handson experience with defect management test tools and API testing

·       Strong communication stakeholder management and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

Planning Collaboration

·       Partner with Tech Leads BAs Project Managers Product Owners and QA Leads to understand scope and delivery goals

·       Participate in PI planning sprint planning and backlog grooming

·       Ensure user stories are testable and aligned with acceptance criteria

·       Provide QA effort estimates and support workstream planning
