POSITION OVERVIEW – Supply Chain Analyst II – Home Appliances
The Supply Chain Analyst II keeps production, work, and shipment schedules on track — reviewing and distributing them, tracking inventory and cost, and compiling reporting across departments. Beyond scheduling, this role also digs into Home Appliance product issues and field escalations (VOC), identifying root causes and driving corrective action in partnership with internal teams, HQ, and factories.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze, evaluate, and test various Home Appliance product categories' top symptoms and issues; identify root cause and corrective actions with internal teams, HQ, and factories
  • Conduct KPI analysis and monitoring
  • Review Voice of Customer (VOC) and escalations received from the field
  • Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications
  • Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements and material priorities
  • Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures
  • Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a business-related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in an analytics-focused role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to deep dive and perform root cause analysis
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production
MUST HAVE
