Job Description:

We are Seeking a Plant Support Engineer with strong experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and system diagnostics. The role involves providing on-site engineering support for manufacturing operations, identifying and resolving production issues, and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting equipment and process failures and driving continuous improvement initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone
  • Debug issues across software, hardware, and system levels
  • Handle critical escalations and field issues
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills

  • Strong in RCA & debugging
  • Experience in Embedded C/C++, Linux
  • Knowledge of CAN/LIN, automotive systems
  • Hands-on with debugging tools (CANalyzer, oscilloscope)
