The Corporate Rooms Systems Specialist will combine a strong understanding of hotel operations with technology and systems expertise. This position will serve as the operational bridge between Rooms and Information Technology, ensuring that solutions are technically sound, operationally effective, and consistently implemented across properties.
What You'll Do

  • Own the setup, configuration and ongoing optimization of packages, comps, vouchers, enhancements and related inventory within Agilysys Versa.
  • Partner with Rooms, Revenue Management, Information Technology, Finance, the Kalahari Entertainment Center and other operational teams to ensure configurations support business and guest needs.
  • Coordinate system updates, upgrades and new functionality across Kalahari properties.
  • Develop and execute testing plans for system enhancements, integrations, upgrades and issue resolutions.

  • Coordinate and deliver systems training for Rooms leaders and property teams.
  • Communicate system changes, new functionality and operating procedures consistently across properties.
  • Support new resort openings, system implementations and other enterprise Rooms initiatives.
  • Build productive relationships with property leaders, corporate departments, Information Technology and external vendors.

What We're Looking For
  • Progressive experience in hotel Rooms operations, front office, reservations, guest services or hospitality-systems support.
  • A strong understanding of hotel operations and the ways property-management systems affect the guest and associate experience.
  • Experience supporting or administering a property-management system; experience with Agilysys Versa is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospitality platforms such as IJWS, SynXis, Sacoa, Jasper or similar connected systems is beneficial.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn, configure and troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Experience with system testing, issue tracking, implementations, upgrades or enhancement projects.
  • The ability to translate between operational and technical teams and communicate clearly with audiences at all levels.
  • Strong organization, documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion.
  • A collaborative, service-focused approach and a leadership style rooted in respect and partnership.
  • The ability to work independently while supporting teams across multiple locations.
  • The ability and willingness to travel regularly between Kalahari properties.
  • Flexibility to provide occasional support outside standard business hours during implementations, upgrades or critical operational events.
