About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a Room Service Manager to join our talented team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Room Service Department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through 24-hour in-room dining and private bar services while maintaining Four Seasons luxury service standards.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, train, coach, motivate, and develop employees within the Room Service Department to ensure exceptional service and adherence to Four Seasons standards.

  • Oversee the daily operation of the Room Service Department, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery.

  • Maintain a visible presence within the operation to enhance guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns, requests, and service recovery situations.

  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge and quality standards of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, wine, and spirits offerings.

  • Partner closely with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and culinary leadership to develop menus, amenities, and service offerings.

  • Monitor and control labor costs, operating expenses, purchasing, scheduling, inventory, and cash management to achieve financial goals.

  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, making recommendations for maintenance and operational improvements.

  • Participate in operational meetings to support effective communication and collaboration across departments.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and established operating procedures.

  • Foster a positive and professional work environment that reflects the Four Seasons culture and values.

What You Bring

  • College degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Two to three years of leadership experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or assistant management role.

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, labor and cost controls, inventory management, and financial accountability.

  • Proficiency in food and beverage technology systems and general computer applications.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

  • Prior experience within a luxury hotel environment or mixed-use residential hotel preferred.
