HOUSE MANAGER – POST HOPE SL MGMT LLC (Live‐In Position)

Location: Coffeyville, KS

Compensation: $18/hour + Room & Board

chedule: Full‐time, live‐in role

Reports to: Owner/Operator

Position Summary

Post Hope SL MGMT LLC is seeking a dependable, professional House Manager to oversee daily operations of a 15‐client Level 2 sober living residence. This live‐in role ensures structure, accountability, safety, and support for clients progressing through recovery. The ideal candidate is organized, consistent, and able to maintain a positive, stable living environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor client activities, curfews, sign‐in/out logs, and daily accountability
  • Conduct drug/alcohol screenings and maintain proper documentation
  • Complete incident reports, daily logs, attendance records, and compliance paperwork
  • Coordinate transportation for work, appointments, and recovery meetings
  • Respond to behavioral issues, safety concerns, and emergencies using de‐escalation
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, chore completion, and property upkeep
  • Lead weekly house meetings and reinforce expectations
  • Enforce house rules consistently and professionally
  • Complete client intake paperwork, orientation, and expectations review
  • Provide daily updates and escalate incidents to the Owner

Qualifications

  • Experience in sober living, recovery housing, corrections, or social services preferred
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and enforce structure
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license required
