360 Rooftop Bar | 1 S Broadway

As the General Manager of 360 Rooftop Bar, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our vibrant and dynamic venue. With stunning views and a lively atmosphere, our bar is a popular destination for both locals and visitors. Join our fast-paced hospitality team and lead operations while fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Marketing and Events: Manage marketing strategies and plan special events to attract guests.
  • Financial Oversight: Handle revenue management and cost control of goods.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop team members, promoting growth and a positive work environment.
