Today with more than 80 employees and a management team in place that has over 100 years of experience.
JB Roofing, A Tecta America Company is currently searching for a commercial roofing service tech I at our Tiffin, OH location
You will be the service crew's leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Responsibilities:
  • Roof maintenance and repairs
  • Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
  • Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Core Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
  • A valid driver's license
  • Bilingual a plus!, English and Spanish
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
  • Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers.
