KeyResponsibilities:

  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot leak calls and execute repairs with precision
  • Document work performed with detailed reports and photos
  • Ensure job site cleanliness and safety compliance at all times
  • Communicate effectively with service managers and clients

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing
  • Strong knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
