Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Create detailed schedules and milestones to track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to finalize project plans and specifications. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal productivity and cost-efficiency. Hire, train, and supervise project team members, including subcontractors and laborers. Procure materials, equipment, and tools required for project execution while maintaining budgetary constraints. Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance: Implement quality control measures to uphold roofing industry standards and meet client expectations.
