All County Roofing Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to help lead commercial roofing projects in Boise and throughout the Treasure Valley.

Position Summary

The Commercial Roofing Superintendent helps plan, organize, and oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish.

This person will work with company leadership, foremen, crews, subcontractors, customers, vendors, and office staff to make sure jobs are completed safely, correctly, on time, and within budget.

The right person will be organized, dependable, a strong communicator, and able to lead crews without creating drama.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish

  • Supervise foremen, crews, subcontractors, and jobsite activity
  • Plan labor, materials, equipment, and supplies before jobs start
  • Make sure crews have what they need to be productive
  • Monitor jobsite progress and solve problems quickly
  • Make sure work meets company quality standards
  • Enforce company safety rules and OSHA requirements
  • Communicate clearly with crews, customers, vendors, and office staff
  • Train, coach, and support foremen, roofers, and apprentices
  • Complete and turn in required paperwork on time
  • Represent All County Roofing in a professional manner
Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have:

  • Commercial roofing leadership experience
  • Experience as a superintendent, foreman, project lead, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial flat roofing systems
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Ability to lead crews and hold people accountable
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety
  • Ability to read scopes of work, plans, and project details
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to use basic technology, including phone, email, photos, and job documentation
  • Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and work safely outdoors
  • Ability to follow all company drug, alcohol, and safety policies
Roofing Experience Required

Experience with the following roofing systems is required:

  • TPO
  • PVC
  • EPDM
  • Metal
  • Coatings
  • Shingles
Schedule

Monday through Friday

  • Summer hours: approximately 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
  • Winter hours: approximately 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Some overtime or schedule changes may be needed depending on project needs, weather, and deadlines.

Most work is local to Boise and the Treasure Valley. Occasional out-of-town work may be needed, but this is not a heavy travel position.
