Description

As a leading provider of commercial roofing solutions, specializing in installation, maintenance, and repair across the country. With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and client satisfaction, we are looking for a results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive continued growth.

Position Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the commercial roofing division, including operations, project management, financial performance, business development, and team leadership. This role requires a strong balance of technical roofing knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the commercial roofing division, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Manage and develop project managers, estimators, superintendents, and field crews.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability goals.

Monitor project costs, budgets, and schedules; implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Collaborate with ownership and executive leadership on long-term business strategy.

Recruit, train, and retain top talent to strengthen the team.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of commercial roofing or relatable experience with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects and teams.

Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
