A Roofing Project Manager oversees all aspects of roofing projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and completion. They coordinate with clients, suppliers, and roofing crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Their responsibilities include scheduling, safety management, inspecting work progress, and resolving any issues that arise. Roofing Project Managers also handle documentation, permits, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a roofing project manager?

We're looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead roof repair and replacement projects across our national portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing internal construction team where you'll help establish best practices, mentor crews, and directly impact facilities that support an essential healthcare service.

  • Direct and mentor internal roofing crews.
  • Oversee estimating, material procurement, scheduling, and project documentation.
  • Plan daily work activities, manpower, materials, and equipment needs.

  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors when project requirements dictate.
  • Perform roof inspections and identify repair recommendations.
  • Support additional facility improvement and construction projects as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable safety requirements.
  • Work closely with Property Management, Facilities, and Construction teams to prioritize roofing projects.
  • Travel throughout the United States to support Daniels facilities.
What we are looking for
  • 5+ years of commercial roofing experience.
  • Previous experience leading roofing crews as a Foreman or Superintendent.
  • Experience with commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, and roof repairs.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and roofing best practices.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
Why work for us
  • Essential and stable industry - As a critical partner to healthcare, Daniels Health offers year-round job security in a recession-resistant field
  • Mission-driven work - Make a meaningful impact by supporting safer, more sustainable medical waste management
  • Strong safety culture - We prioritize your well-being with enhanced PPE protocols and a commitment to workplace safety
  • Growth opportunities - Be part of a company that invests in its people and promotes from within
  • Comprehensive benefits - Enjoy medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on Day One, plus additional wellness and insurance options
  • Supportive team environment - Join a collaborative, values-driven culture where your contributions are recognized and respected
$65,139 - $90,183 a year
If you're looking for a stable, mission-driven role where your leadership makes a real impact, we'd love to hear from you. At Daniels Health, you'll be part of a team that values safety, innovation, and people. Apply today and take the next step in your career with a company that's transforming healthcare waste management for good.
