Project Manager Roofing Sales

Shamrock Roofing & Construction | Springfield, MO

Job Type: Full-time | 1099 Commission-Based

Pay: $70,000–$150,000+ per year (average); top performers earn $200,000+

Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities


*Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO. This is an on-site, community-based role — local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred.

  • Write and close roofing contracts

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) sales; self-generating leads is a core part of this role, with some company leads provided
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Prior roofing, construction, or outside sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Veterans are encouraged to apply
