Roofing Sales Representative
Central Iowa | Full-Time | Field-Based
Build a Sales Career With Real Earning Potential
Waddle Exteriors is looking for competitive, self-motivated people who want to build a career in residential exterior sales.
You'll work directly with homeowners across Central Iowa, helping them understand their roofing and exterior needs, recommending the right solution and guiding them through the sales process.
If you're confident talking with people, motivated by results and want an opportunity where your performance directly impacts what you earn, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Meet with homeowners throughout Central Iowa
  • Learn to identify roofing and exterior remodeling needs
  • Explain options clearly and help customers make confident decisions
  • Build your pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking and local relationships
  • Follow up consistently with customers and opportunities
  • Manage your sales activity and stay accountable to production goals
  • Partner with Waddle's production and operations teams after the sale
  • Represent Waddle professionally in customers' homes and communities

Compensation & Support
  • Paid rookie ramp plan for your first 4-6 months
  • Transition to an uncapped commission structure after the ramp period
  • Company truck provided for business use
  • No personal fuel or mileage expense while using the company vehicle
  • Take-home vehicle eligibility after reaching the established $500,000 sales production threshold
  • Paid training and ongoing sales support
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Medical, dental and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company match

What We're Looking For
  • Motivated by goals, performance and earning potential
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships
  • Strong follow-up and communication skills
  • Resilient when a customer says no or a deal doesn't close
  • Able to work independently and stay accountable without constant supervision
  • Sales experience is preferred; roofing, exterior remodeling, restoration or in-home sales experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
  • Comfortable working throughout the Central Iowa market

Why Waddle
You'll have the opportunity to learn the business with a structured ramp period while building toward an uncapped sales career. You'll also have an established team behind you to support the customer after the sale.
If you're looking for a role where effort, follow-through and results matter, apply today.
