Description:About the Role

Arizona Water and Fire is seeking a highly motivated Roofing Project Manager to join our Phoenix team. In this role, you’ll walk roof jobs, estimate the scope of work, and sell the job. You’ll oversee roofing projects from initial inspection through completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding customer experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site roof inspections and damage assessments for residential and commercial properties
  • Prepare accurate estimates including scope, materials, labor, and timelines
  • Present estimates to customers, explain the scope of work, and close sales
  • Coordinate with production teams and subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality job completion
  • Manage material ordering, job scheduling, and project documentation
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and field crews
  • Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, building codes, and company standards
  • Travel to job sites as required; may include evening or weekend work during storm or high-volume periods
