Roofing Sales Representative - $100K+ Potential | Mentorship from Proven $2M Producer

Company: Southwest Roofing and Design

Location: Tucson, AZ

First-Year Income Potential: $80,000-$150,000+

About Us:

Southwest Roofing and Design is one of Tucson's most trusted roofing companies, known for high-quality craftsmanship and outstanding service. We're not just building roofs - we're building strong, ethical careers for top-performing individuals in the sales industry.

Led by a 12-year veteran of the home improvement industry and a $2 million/year personal sales producer, our team offers a proven sales system, hands-on mentorship, and the structure to help you succeed fast - if you're ready to put in the work.

What makes this different?

Our leadership has helped multiple reps grow beyond just sales:

  • One rep used the training and systems provided here to start their own roofing company, now on track to become a multi-million dollar operation.
  • Another moved on to a sales management role at a leading roofing company in Tucson.

Their success was earned - they took action, stayed coachable, and followed the process. You can too.

What We Offer:

  • Uncapped Commission Structure - Top reps earn $100K+
  • Proven Sales Process - Built and used by a $2M+ producer
  • Hands-On Support - Daily Mentorship, real guidance
  • Growth Opportunities - We promote from within and reward results
  • Professional Brand - Work with a company that's respected by customers and peers

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads in residential markets
  • Perform roof inspections and present tailored solutions
  • Guide homeowners through insurance and repair processes
  • Build strong relationships and help homeowners
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Attend two sales meetings per week

  • Confident, self-driven, and motivated to learn
  • Comfortable with door-to-door and field sales
  • Strong communicator with a professional presence
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Willing to work outdoors and conduct roof inspections

This Is For You If:

  • You're tired of "average" and want a real shot at six figures
  • You want to be mentored by someone who's done it - not just talked about it
  • You're serious about long-term growth, not just the next check
  • You're coachable, hardworking, and ready to take action
  • You do not want to be a high pressure sales guy but someone who consults clients and truly helps them
  • Your EQ is above average
