What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Roofing Assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Roofing Assistant, you need physical stamina, basic construction knowledge, and experience with hand and power tools, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. These competencies ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards in challenging outdoor environments.
