We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring the safety and durability of our clients' structures. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to high-quality projects and grow within a reputable company.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with metal, cedar, synthetic, asphalt and EDM roofing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems including shingles, metal, flat roofs, and more
- Inspect roofs to assess damage and determine necessary repairs or replacements
- Measure and cut roofing materials accurately to ensure proper fit and finish
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment at all times
- Collaborate with project managers and other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
  • Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
