Your Role โ€“ Running the Business

As General Manager, you will be the ownerโ€™s right-hand leader, fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Orlando location. You will ensure smooth business operations, drive revenue, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Leadership
  • Take full ownership of all daily operations for the Orlando location
  • Supervise the Power Washing Field Service Manager and all field employees
  • Ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards
  • Monitor workflow, staffing, and operational processes to maintain quality and profitability
  • Mentor, train, and develop staff to maximize performance and career growth
  • Solve operational challenges with a proactive, hands-on approach
Sales & Business Development
  • Lead business development efforts and oversee outside sales activities
  • Work with the office manager and sales team to coordinate leads, appointments, and estimates
  • Personally manage key client relationships and follow up on high-value prospects
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and grow the customer base
Administration & Reporting
  • Track operational and sales metrics to ensure company goals are met
  • Review and interpret basic financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations
  • Report directly to the owner on performance, challenges, and opportunities
  • Oversee administrative functions and maintain smooth, efficient workflows
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience, preferably in service or field operations
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Mechanically inclined โ€” comfortable learning about power washing systems, vehicles, and equipment
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of independent decision-making
  • Strong ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team
  • Experience in power washing or exterior cleaning is a plus, but not required
  • Experience reviewing basic financial statements and reconciliations preferred
  • College degree in Business or a related field is a plus, but not required
