Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles using a flatbed/rollback tow truck.
- Perform voluntary repossessions, impounds, and vehicle deliveries as assigned.
- Tow vehicles with and without keys using proper equipment and techniques.
- Complete all required documentation electronically, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready company truck.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Communicate professionally with customers, law enforcement, clients, and management.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of flatbed/rollback towing experience.
- Demonstrated experience towing vehicles with and without keys.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be 22 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Repossession Agency Employee (RAE) license through BSIS.
- Ability to safely operate a flatbed/rollback tow truck and related equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
