A Rollback Driver operates a rollback tow truck to transport vehicles, machinery, or other equipment. They load and secure items onto the truck’s flatbed using winches and tie-downs. Rollback Drivers commonly assist stranded drivers, move damaged or illegally parked vehicles, or transport cars for dealerships and repair shops. The job requires knowledge of vehicle loading techniques, safety procedures, and proper truck operation.
