Overview:
Xerox corporation is seeking a Delivery Driver who will be responsible for loading, securing, delivering and basic set-up of equipment, while providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time opportunity delivering equipment throughout an assigned area.

What You Will Do:
  • Operate an automatic box truck in a safe and timely manner, including daily inspection of the vehicle
  • Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
  • Load, deliver, install and collect equipment at various customer locations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Provide basic customer training on copiers, printers and other office technology equipment
  • Perform general technical duties such as connecting equipment to network cables and fax lines
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse when needed
 
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • One (1) or more years of experience driving a 16' - 26' box delivery truck CDL- we provide the training!
  • Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs., push, pull, or roll copiers on flat ground and inclines.
  • Basic mechanical understanding preferred
  • Ability to use smartphones and tablets, GPS for navigation, Google Maps when necessary.
  • Experience using Microsoft applications and the Internet
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills

  • Hands-on training of Xerox equipment and all aspects of the delivery driver role and responsibilities
  • Job shadowing to thoroughly prepare you to make deliveries and perform installations independently
  • Ongoing career development training
 
*Required to complete an annual DOT physical and drug screen if operating a vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs.
