Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Roll Form Operator to join our dynamic team in Rossville, GA. As a Roll Form Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate roll forming machines to produce metal components according to specifications.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or machinery operation is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a Roll Form Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience using calipers and tape measurer is required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Visual and Hearing: Must be able to see with corrective eye wear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance while wearing hearing protection.
