In your role as the Role Player Team Manager, you will support the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) by managing role player activities in support of non-surveillance related practical exercises associated with JCITA course offerings. You will schedule, coordinate, mentor, and support role players to ensure practical exercises are properly staffed, aligned to learning objectives, and executed in support of mission requirements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage role player activities in support of JCITA course offerings
  • Schedule and coordinate role players to support non-surveillance related practical exercises
  • Plan, create, and staff complex work schedules based on customer priorities and requirements
  • Maintain familiarity with JCITA courses being taught and the roles role players perform during practical exercises
  • Work jointly with Instructors and SMEs to support course learning objectives
  • Serve as a role player when necessary to support practical exercise execution
  • Mentor new role players and support their integration into course activities
  • Apply broad knowledge of surveillance techniques to support realistic and effective training scenarios
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, course leadership, instructors, SMEs, and role players to ensure training requirements are met

Your Qualifications

  • Seven (7) years demonstrated experience related to role player coordination, training support, scheduling, or practical exercise support, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Experience planning, creating, and staffing complex work schedules based on customer priorities and requirements
  • Ability to manage role player activities and coordinate role player support for non-surveillance related practical exercises
  • Familiarity with courses being taught and the roles role players play in the execution of practical exercises
  • Broad knowledge of surveillance techniques
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Ability to work jointly with Instructors and SMEs in support of learning objectives
  • Experience and capability to serve as a role player when necessary
  • Ability to mentor new role players
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with role players, instructors, SMEs, and Government stakeholders
  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
