40/29, the ABC affiliate in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking a Multiplatform Sales Consultant. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to local businesses, developing and executing data-driven, multiplatform marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. You'll leverage the power of broadcast, streaming (CTV/OTT), digital, CRM systems, and AI-enabled tools to help clients grow and compete in today's evolving media landscape.

If you are motivated by building relationships, solving business challenges, and delivering innovative marketing solutions, we want to hear from you. This is an in-person position reporting to the Local Sales Manager.

What We're Looking For

You will drive revenue growth by building client partnerships, delivering data-driven strategies, and executing effective multiplatform campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth & Business Development

    • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities across broadcast, digital, streaming, and advanced advertising platforms using data and market insights 
    • Prospect, cultivate, and close business through a consultative, solutions-based approach while consistently exceeding revenue goals

  • Client Strategy & Sales Execution

    • Partner with clients to understand their goals and challenges, serving as a trusted advisor to translate needs into effective marketing solutions 
    • Develop, present, and execute customized, multiplatform strategies aligned with client objectives and business growth

  • Data, Analytics & AI-Driven Optimization

    • Leverage data, audience insights, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and AI-enabled tools to inform strategy 

    • Analyze performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights

  • Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

    • Utilize CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) to:

      • Manage and track sales pipeline activity 
      • Maintain accurate client and prospect records 
      • Forecast revenue and monitor performance 
  • Account Management & Client Growth

    • Manage and grow client accounts through strong relationships and strategic guidance

    • Drive retention and revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, operations) to execute campaigns

    • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with client expectations

    • Communicate campaign goals, updates, and performance across teams

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in media, digital, or consultative sales 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions (programmatic, social, search, OTT/CTV preferred) 
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar) to manage client relationships and sales pipeline preferred
  • Experience using data, analytics, or AI tools to support business decisions or sales efforts 
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
  • Experience working with business owners and decision-makers 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation   
  • Related military experience will be considered
