Job Title: Specialty Services Pest Professional (Exclusion Technician)

Location: United States - Hockley, TX

Position Type: Full Time

Production: $25/hr plus overtime and commission

Position Summary

This role focuses on delivering high-quality rodent Exclusion Repairs, Termite Services & Bedbug treatments to our customers. You’ll be solving and treating complex pest problems, fabricating home repairs with various materials, securing and protecting properties, and ensuring peace of mind for our customers with long-term solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform rodent exclusion services with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

  • Diagnose infestation sources and structural vulnerabilities.

  • Install professional exclusion materials to prevent future entry.

  • Clearly communicate with customers, reinforcing the value of our service.

  • Collaborate with technicians and inspectors on specialized customer needs.

  • Accurately document services and maintain compliance with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications
  • Valid Drivers License

  • Valid Registered Technician Card (or ability to obtain)

  • Must obtain Certified Applicator licenses (Pest & Wood) within 6 months of hire

  • Hands-on experience rodent exclusion and carpentry preferred

  • Knowledge of termite and bedbug treatments preferred

  • Comfortable working in crawlspaces, in attics, on ladders and on roofs

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to work safely, independently, and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with safety standards, tools, and job documentation procedures
