When you join us as an MRI Steering Technologist you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
  • Produce high quality MRI diagnostic images from a remote location with the help of a ROCC Tech Assistant.
  • Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
  • Ensure release of patient with proper follow-up information via the ROCC Tech Assistant.
  • Produce high quality images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.
  • Monitor patient's well-being during scans via cameras and through feedback from ROCC Tech Assistant; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
  • Recognize emergency situations and direct the ROCC Tech Assistant in emergency shutdown of gradient and/or main magnetic field (quench) when applicable.
  • Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.

  • Genuinely passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations
  • Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
  • ARRT(R)(MR) certification or ARMRIT
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred
