What You'll Be Doing – Manage the Van, Own the Experience

  • Operate your mobile workshop on wheels – a fully equipped van that you’ll manage like your own small business.
  • Travel to prime retail partner locations and engage directly with customers.
  • Provide car key duplication and programming services — including standard, chip, fob, and remote keys.
  • Deliver 5-star service while solving real-world problems with speed and precision.
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional mobile workspace.
  • Use company-provided tech tools (tablet/POS) to manage sales, inventory, and customer support.
  • Track daily performance and take pride in hitting goals and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications
  • Experience cutting or programming car keys, or familiarity with automotive/locksmithing services
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, or POS systems.

  • Self-motivated and ready to work independently — you don’t wait for direction, you take the lead.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a knack for organization and time management.
  • Problem-solver who’s comfortable using tools and handling technical tasks.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
  • Ready to work outdoors, engage customers, and roll with a fast-moving day.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus
