Job Function: 

The Customer Program Manager will be responsible to lead the coordination and execution of strategic customer projects from development to production, ensuring alignment with technical, commercial, and scheduling expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage milestones, resolve challenges, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Drive project success by delivering high-quality results on time and within budget while supporting strategic business goals.  

Responsibilities and Objectives: 

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer program teams
  • Manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, quality, cost, and performance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Product)
  • Lead customer reviews, track progress, and manage risks and issues
  • Maintain clear plans, timelines, and reporting for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Global Account Manager to align execution with account strategy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 5-10 years' experience in Program or Project Management, Technical Account Management, or complex engineering/product environment 
  • Proficiency in using IT tools, including Office 365, business software, and collaborative tools
  • Strong ability to effectively utilize technology to enhance business operations and communication. 
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, industrial technologies 
  • In-depth knowledge of project management and programs 
  • Knowledge of development and product life cycles 
Additional Information


Physical Requirements:  

  • Periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects 
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times 
  • Dexterity and accuracy as needed to operate equipment 

Work schedule: 

  • Willingness to travel as required both domestically and internationally (up to 10%)
  • Position reports on-site to the Duncan, SC Office: M - F, 8:00am to 5:00pm. 
  • Expectation to follow guidelines set forth in the Employee Handbook.
