Job description

About Anyware

Anyware Robotics builds general-purpose mobile manipulator robots for industrial applications. Our robots are trusted by customers across logistics, retail, and manufacturing.

The Role

Anyware's robots combine perception, planning, controls, hardware and operations. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager, Robotics to own the execution of our multiple concurrent high priority robotics programs across multiple teams in a fast pace startup environment.

You will turn product priorities into executable cross-team plans, manage delivery risks, and own tradeoffs across scope, resources, schedule, and customer needs.

What you'll do

  • Own the critical path. Build and maintain the integrated plan across software and hardware — scope, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, recovery actions — and re-cut it when priorities change, without quietly letting the commitment date move.
  • Run multiple concurrent robotics programs across software and hardware development, from concept through validation, production, and deployment.
  • Hold commitments across teams by tracking owners against dates and surfacing risks, blockers, and scope changes before milestones are affected. You pull teams forward; you don't wait to be pulled.
  • Drive deployment readiness and outcomes by connecting field requirements to development plans and coordinating engineering, testing, and operations.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of technical program management successfully delivering multiple concurrent programs across multiple teams, covering milestone definition, critical paths, resource planning, risk management, and acceptance criteria in core products.
  • 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience building complex hardware-software products — enough depth to challenge an estimate, read a test report, and name a risk before the team raises it.
  • Track record of re-planning under changing priorities and compressed timelines — you can name a slip you caught early and the recovery that worked.

Nice to have

  • Robotics or autonomy specifically — mobile robots, manipulators, AVs, drones, or perception-driven systems.
  • Technical degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related field.

Why Anyware

  • Real Impact: Your work does not stop at a demo. Everything we build ships to real customer sites, where Pixmo is deployed in production solving real problems at scale. You will see your contributions running in production, not sitting in a lab.
  • An A+ Team: Anyware Robotics is built by top talent. Our team has collectively earned six Best Paper Awards and Finalist honors, including the ICRA 2025 and ICRA 2024 Best Paper Awards.
  • An A+ Robot: Pixmo won the MHI Best Innovation Award at both ProMat 2025 and MODEX 2026, the two largest logistics automation shows in North America. This is the first time in history a robotics company has won this prestigious award back-to-back. Pixmo also earned a 2026 RBR50 Robotics Innovation Award, naming it one of the 50 most innovative robotics solutions globally.
  • Fast Growth: You will take on real ownership and real responsibility from day one. With the team doubling every year, there is plenty of room to step up and shine.
  • Generous Equity: Every team member receives meaningful equity. We want the people building Anyware to share fully in what we create together.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $140K - 190K USD/year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Additional compensation may include equity, benefits, or other incentives, where applicable.

Benefits & Perks

  • Comprehensive health insurance for you and your family
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Paid sick leave
  • 401(k) plan support
  • Daily meal credit
