Key Responsibilities
Design and implement complex RPA solutions using UiPath
Lead technical discussions and solution architecture for automations
Mentor and guide junior developers
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems and APIs
Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of software development or RPA experience
Strong expertise in UiPath and automation frameworks
Advanced programming and system integration skills
Preferred Qualifications
UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
Experience with AI/ML integrations, OCR, or intelligent automation
