Job Summary:
SMX is a technology consulting firm that combines people, process, and technology to deliver innovative solutions to clients. They are seeking a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer to automate key business processes, implement automation solutions, and collaborate with ML Engineers to deliver Intelligent Automation.
Responsibilities:
• Work directly with our highly visible clients and automate their key business processes at scale
• Be involved in all aspects of implementing automation solutions from requirements gathering and process documentation to developing, testing, and deploying solutions
• Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing code
• Ensure quality automation using QA processes
• Document automation procedures
• Help shape "Future of Work" for our clients
• Work with our ML Engineers to deliver Intelligent Automation by combining RPA with machine learning
Qualifications:
Required:
• Ability to represent and uphold our core values of integrity, client service, expertise, adaptability, communication, and teamwork
• Active Secret Clearance
• 3 Years experience as an RPA developer with any one of these tools (UiPath, Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, or Pega)
• 1 Year experience in any programming language
Preferred:
• Experience analyzing complex business processes and creating design specifications in a Federal Government environment
• AWS knowledge/experience
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
• Power BI experience
• Understanding of Agile Development methodology
• Production support of RPA automation
• Creating and deploying Machine Learning models
