Job description

Title: Sr RPA (Robotics Process Automation) Developer (14970)
Location: Orlando, FL (100% onsite)
Type: Direct Hire Position
Rate: $110K per year + 8% annual bonus + full benefits + full relocation
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline or equivalent experience (BS / BA in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics or Engineering)
Serving as an internal consultant, the Sr. RPA Developer works independently with business functional leaders, IT, and other RPA developers to identify, evaluate, document, build, and test automations using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software. Develops and ensures compliance with RPA standards and best practices. Performs quality control reviews of RPA automations. Migrates, monitors, and manages RPA automations in the production environment. Tracks and reports all RPA automation activities: production, development, opportunity pipeline, bot capacity utilization, and functional developer activity. Delivers training and mentors functional RPA Developers.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Evaluates processes and tasks to identify automation feasibility
-Designs, builds, documents, and tests RPA automations
-Performs Quality Control reviews of all automations prior to releasing them to production
-Migrates automations to the production environment
-Monitors automations in production and deals with software updates and automation failures
-Delivers training and mentors functional developers
-Reviews and provides feedback to functional developers automations prior to their coding
-Periodically performs overall collection and evaluation of all new automation opportunities
-Develops and controls sharable business objects used by RPA software
-Creates and maintains solution documentation
-Provisions and maintains appropriate systems access and operating environment to support automations

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

-Minimum of 4 years’ experience developing multiple complex automations using Blue Prism RPA software
-Minimum of 4 years’ monitoring RPA automations in production
-Advanced level EXCEL and good proficiency in other Microsoft Office suite
-Visio or equivalent process flow-charting tool proficiency
-Experience using other automation, file sharing, and business reporting software

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS or related field
OTHER KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with large scale business processes
-Proven results exemplifying initiative, accuracy, creativity, and a detailed orientation
-Demonstrated agility to work independently or within a team as the business situation necessitates
-Expert problem solving and analytical skills
-Strong organizational and prioritization skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong desire to improve processes
-Passion to learn and remain current on innovative technologies
