Job description

QuickPro Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Robotic Weld Operator to join a manufacturing team in Springfield, Ohio. This position involves operating robotic welding equipment and supporting production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Hours - M-Th 4am to 2:30pm (Overtime may be required on Friday and Saturday if needed) 

Physical Requirements
  • Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and prolonged standing throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly during a 10-hour shift.
  • Requires normal vision and hearing.
  • Must have strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Typical Working Conditions
  • Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing / factory environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate robotic welding equipment and other production machinery while meeting or exceeding production standards.
  • Perform periodic quality checks on parts and maintain proper documentation.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately, including quality reports, timesheets, and traceability documentation.
  • Remove components or products from containers, process them as assigned, and return them to proper containers.
  • Place finished products in designated containers such as tubs, skids, or boxes.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members, coordinators, and supervisors.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior manufacturing or robotic welding experience preferred, but not required.
