About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedIT DevOps Managerto lead enterprise core banking technology operations within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role will oversee the support, stability, and optimization of core banking platforms, FinTech applications, automation systems, and supporting infrastructure while leading a high-performing technical team.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, deep technical expertise in enterprise application environments, and the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and manage the IT Core Services Engineering team
  • Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance management activities
  • Establish team priorities, strategic goals, and operational objectives
  • Foster collaboration across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
Core Banking & Enterprise Systems Support
  • Support and maintain core banking platforms, FinTech applications, RPA systems, and DevOps environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across multiple enterprise systems
  • Design and maintain stable, scalable, and secure core services architecture
  • Ensure systems meet security, privacy, audit, and compliance standards
Infrastructure & Operational Excellence
  • Develop and maintain redundancy, disaster recovery, and availability strategies
  • Establish support processes, operational procedures, and platform governance standards
  • Ensure critical systems availability and rapid issue resolution through proactive monitoring and root cause analysis
  • Coordinate with IT Applications teams to align technology capabilities with business needs
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage vendor relationships, service delivery expectations, and ongoing support activities
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams, executives, vendors, and business users
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enterprise application support and infrastructure reliability

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
    (Relevant experience may substitute for education)
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of server support or enterprise systems experience
  • Experience working within the financial services or banking industry
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and Oracle environments
  • Knowledge of PLSQL and enterprise application platforms preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
