Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:  $25/hr.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, hybrid scheduled (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Location: Blue Ash/Cincinnati, OH

What’s a typical day as Robotics Program Coordinator? You’ll be:
  • Supporting Medical Affairs Directors and the general department with tasks such as calendaring and meeting management
  • Managing HCP contracts including contract submission, HCC reviews, supplier ID creation, Schedule Bs, and handling out-of-pocket expenses
  • Overseeing consultant contract management, including agreements, NDAs, SOW routing, PO creation, and Totality IDs
  • Providing onboarding assistance for new hires, transfers, terminations, and office moves
  • Coordinating advisory board activities, managing HCP contracting, logistics, travel arrangements, payment processing, and reporting requirements
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma (required); a bachelor’s degree is required for certain tasks, and a 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • Possess at least 3+ years of administrative support experience and 2+ years of vendor coordination
  • Are highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (minimum 5 years’ experience)
  • Have knowledge of SharePoint, Ariba, ARAVO, or EMarketplace (a plus)
  • Demonstrate strong customer focus, excellent communication, strong typing, and engaging presentation abilities
  • Are detail-oriented and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
