Overview Join ABB Robotics as an IS Manager to drive strategic execution and innovation across the global Information Systems landscape. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape technology roadmaps, optimize service delivery, and foster cross-functional collaboration to unlock business value. Your responsibilities Define and implement an organizational structure that supports business strategy and aligns with ABB's global goals. Develop and communicate the IS strategy, including policies, standards, and procedures for your area of responsibility. Lead the delivery of capabilities and enhancements through technology roadmaps that align with emerging solutions. Establish and manage analytics capabilities to generate insights, create value, and drive decision-making. Set and monitor global KPIs, ensuring performance is regularly reported and audited. Your background Minimum 5 years' experience in leading cross-functional IS teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Strong expertise in systems development, IT management, and service and operations management. Solid understanding of data analytics, risk management, and process optimization.
